Humro Himalayan Orchid is a new deluxe hotel in Darjeeling. The Hotel is situated at a prime location right on Hill Cart Road. It is about 300 meters from Darjeeling Himalayan Rail Station and about 15 minutes walk from the famous Darjeeling Mall.
The Hotel offers 12 well-appointed rooms for its discerning guests. Each room faces the main road and offers a roadside view. The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway track passes through the front of the Hotel and throughout the day you can witness the famous toy train chugging along in front of you. All rooms have modern amenities to satisfy the requirements of our valued guests.
The Hotel has its own restaurant located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers Bengal, Nepalese and Indian delicacies. It is open between 7 AM and 10:00 PM

About 1.5 km from Darjeeling Mall
We have 2 types of rooms, Standard and Deluxe. Both rooms are very similar in amenities except for their sizes.
The Standard room is smaller and can be occupied by two people ideally. There is no provision for an extra mattress in the standard room for a third guest. The seating area is also smaller here. The Deluxe room is much larger in size and an extra bed can be arranged for an additional person here. The toilet of the Standard room is also smaller than that of the Deluxe room,

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
As per legal requirements, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing valid government-issued photo identification. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
* Before 30 days – 10% of THE booking amount.
* 15 to 30 days – 25% of the booking amount.
* 7 to 15 days – 50% of THE booking amount.
* 2 to 7 days – 75% of the booking amount.
* Cancellation on the day of arrival or one day prior to check-in – No refund
The Cancellation policy will not be applicable during very high season dates. On these dates, the special cancellation policy is applied which will be communicated to guests directly at the time of booking.
SETTLEMENT OF BILLS:
All bills must be settled in cash, debit or credit card, bank transfer, payment gateway link or UPI before checking out. Another mode of payment is not acceptable.

Though Humro Hotels are the most secured accommodation, you should take precautions so that none of your belongings is lost. Guests are requested to lock their rooms when going out or going to bed. Humro Hotels will not be responsible for the loss of your belonging or any other property not handed over to us or for damage thereof.
